To look up charges made to your account, you will need to provide Stripe with the charge amount, charge date, card number, the reason why you're looking up the charge and the reason for contacting Stripe.
What to Do When the Business is Unresponsive
If you can't get in touch with the business or they don't respond, your next step would be to contact your bank. They may be able to advise you on what to do next, like opening a dispute.

Disputes or chargebacks protect cardholders from theft or any fraudulent activity. Mastercard, Visa and American Express offer this feature to all their clients. However, before filing a dispute with your bank, ensure that you have exhausted all means of communication to amicably resolve the issue.
