Paying Your Bill

Paying your bill is easy. Some of the things that you can do online include; paying your bill, setting up a payment for the future, and updating your stored payment information when you make payment.

Other Payment Options

The AutoPay page gives you the options to start, stop, or update your recurring payments. If you are eligible, you may get monthly bill credits.

For your device payments, you can make your payment directly to the equipment installment plan. If you can't make your payment on time, you can set up a payment arrangement. Contact the support team to inquire about your payment arrangements.

If you wish to pay in cash or paper, you may use the Store Locator. It will help you find a retail location close to you. You may also mail a check to the nearest T Mobile address.

  1. Payments that you make on T Mobile, a T Mobile retail store, T Mobile app, or the automated call payment system, you may need to wait up to two hours
  2. If you made an error when making your payment, you may contact the bank. unfortunately, T Mobile cannot stop your payment after you have submitted it
  3. If you mail your payment, it will be posted to your account within 10 days

Once you reach 80% to 100% of your texts, minutes, or data usage, you will receive a text message alert. If you change your plan on any day except the first day of your billing cycle, any prior usage is not included. If you have a pooled account, text usage will display both your usage and the pooled usage.

Your usage details are only available to those who are on monthly postpaid loans. Prepaid accounts cannot access them.

  1. Navigate to My T Mobile and log in to your account
  2. Find the ‘My current usage' section on the main screen
  3. Click ‘See my usage' to view your usage. You may also click ‘Usage' under the section ‘My phone.' Click ‘View all account usage.' Another option is to click ‘Manage' and then ‘Recent use.' You will see the usage for your specific line
